My fear is that the Fast and Furious operation was so badly bungled that it was an intentional thing and was used as a diversion from where a lot of weapons were actually headed....into the hands of domestic Jihadists.
Any decent magician or illusionist will always use the left hand to distract the eye of the audience from what is actually happening with the right hand.

Start a gang/race war between the blacks and Hispanics. Let them kill each other off and let LE and the military kill them both off and round up the rest.
Left gets absolute power with the blessing and support of whites, and the illegal and black gang problems of the inner cities is solved at the same time.
