I would have agreed with you until this president came along...well, after Bush won in 2000 and the left has raised the volume on dissent, actually...things have changed drastically. This is NOT the America we knew prior to 2000. It has gotten uglier by the month and more and more people are angry, on both sides of the political spectrum. We are quickly coming to a civil war or a real coup by the left.
They need the rounds for their required quarterly qualification. This is much ado about nothing.
That is the best analysis of our situation I have seen in a long time. You are spot on. I’m cracking open a beer in your honor, and would like the permission to paraphrase you at the dinner table next Easter Sunday. I have a future niece that works for NPR, and has no problem espousing her nonsensical views. This will surely add some fuel to the fire!!!
Too many on both sides are preparing for an armed insurrection. This would only serve the big government masters.
I’m talking with a long hauler right now -= in New Mexico - who is is watching something he sas never seen before - a very long train, going east, loaded with car after car of tanks, fuelers, armored transports, humbvees ????
Unfortunately, I'm afraid that few of our fellow citizens will join us and our small numbers will probably not make one iota of difference.
At further risk of sounding like a defeatist, I believe the die was cast decades ago and the recent congressional battle over extending the national borrowing limit was confirmation that we're on the same glide slope of every nation that has gone before us.
Realistically, our only hope may instead be to gather in sections of the country among like minded people and prepare to weather the coming storm.
But you might take this story as an index of what some people think is going on: yesterday, I went to the indoor range for its opening at 9am (largest and best one in the state). When I arrived, there was a line all the way around the building. I wound up waiting more than an hour for a lane, which, as one of the attendants informed me, was nothing because on recent Saturdays, people without reservations have had to wait for three or four hours.
Will Obama go peacefully? >>>>>>
NO
Will his followers accept the results of the election?
( De polls were fixed against de black man.)
NO
If there is rioting and bloodshed, will Obama declare marshal law? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
YES,
(Just as Obama had done in Kenya in 2007 with Odinga and the Orange Party resulting in barely MSM reported inter tribal genocide.)
And will the congress have the guts to force Obama to leave if all of the above happens?>>>>>>>>>>>>>
NO
( Congress is now in its majority constituted by an UnAmerican privileged class who will not be able to decide, it will be up to the military to intervene and enforce the results of the election, and insist that any electoral issues be Court reviewed. Watch for a direct relationship between SCOTUS and the Joint Chiefs. Some states will secure themselves with State Militia. The borders with Canada and Mexico will be closed.)
We will dissolve Congress by by virtue of Committees of Safety and Regional Congresses, and then run a genuine election without the fascists or their fascist, UnAmerican media propaganda.
Yes, hollow points are used for practice. It does add up....to nothing.
Bump.
If you and your shooting buddies want to give into hysteria, that's your right. Personally, I'm less concerned about the mundane policy requirements for pistol certifications and more concerned about things like Obama's Office of Diviserity and Civil Rights.
It is also because the American people have become comfortable with the nanny state. In the US, the poorest of the poor have government benefits allowing them to live better than the middle class in most countries
Good point. Its also very hard to “break the cycle” once it is started. Then you end up with Generations of dum dums dependent on the g.mint. They create to problem and then come up with solutions (more spending and more taxes) to fix the problem.
Until finally it is unsustainable. <-——We are here
Jefferson's predictions may unfortunately need to come true."...If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. ...And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants...."
For me I am hoping an objectivist revolution will lead to only a metaphorical bloodletting. I am not confident but I can hope.
“Supposedly” they are going to “Iraq”, is what one transport driver is being told, while in route to California hauling military vehicles.
Doesn’t make sense given the draw down there, but that’s one story out.
You might want to inform DHS then because that is what the order is for. Practice.
My point, exactly.
In time, we will have no civil rights nor any diversity from state-sanctioned ideology. I’m perfectly content to plan and prepare and be called “hysterical” in the interim by people who can’t bring themselves to believe that what is happening before their eyes is in fact, real. Obama is a Marxist, and so are most of those around him. I will never trust my security to their intentions.
