Looks like the article is dated December 18, 2011, so technically Grayson was still a sitting Congressman on that date, although he'd already been defeated at the polls.
Of course, nothing will come of this. Judging by the number of CBC members on this list, I'm sure they'll start saying that 'Socialist' is a new racist code word used by whites instead of the "N" word.
