Hulka's point was that the media was trying to convey the area where Zimmerman lived was an exclusive community. That's why they keep referring it to a "gated community". The idea was to play on people's emotions to make them think "Oh! So Zimmerman thought that Martin didn't belong there because he was black and he was in a 'gated', i.e. 'privileged', community".

You, obviously, were not fooled by the "news" media's attempt to spin the story and make you think what they want you to think. Kudos to you. But rest assured, there are many who followed the media straight down that path!

And I’m smart enough to not fall for that meme, because I know “gated Community” can be anything from a mobile home park to a place that has apartments, condos, and town-homes behind the gates - it does not automatically mean there are mansions behind the gates like that prejudiced, bigot that calls me dishonest does.
