With the release of Close Encounters, the sale of a certain chocolate covered peanut butter candy rose through the roof. What will happen to the sale of Skittles now. Will it be considered only a candy for people who wear hoodies or a candy specifically geared for the Afro American community

If a $10,000 bounty is most likely an illegal incentive for the capture and detaining of a person who as yet is not charged with any crime, then boosting the incentive to $1,000,000 is just as illegal.
Doesn’t something in Florida statutes prohibit this? There is no purpose in calling upon the Department of Justice to administer any applicable Federal statute, as Eric Holder has never recognized or even acknowledged that the New Black Panther party has already engaged in highly illegal actions elsewhere.
This is little different than a private solicitation to another to kidnap a third party. The difference is, this was made right out in the open, rather than in a secretive meeting or phone call.

Did a little research last night on drug nicknames. Did you know that skittles=ecstasy and Arizona Tea is marijuana soaked in PCP?

Let Aryan Nations put a bounty on a black man and watch how fast their leaders are arrested for conspiracy. Then watch how quickly the feds pile on the terrorism and RICO charges.
But if the Black Panthers do it, they just pop some popcorn and sit back to see how it turns out.
Different strokes for different folks in the USA these days.

I see Colin Ferguson’s clones every time I visit Buffalo. Racist hate on display. They are armed, quick to shoot, drugged up and the democrats keep them wound up.

I sent an email to Florida's attorney general Pam Bondi this morning asking about this very issue. I asked why I haven't heard a peep about it from any law enforcement agency or personnel. We'll see if I get an answer.

I agree, Florida State Police should put an end to this.
Make an example out of the New Black Panthers.

Gosh, angry black men, what an original meme. Do you suppose the NBPP (Nitwit Boneheads Pandering Pointlessly) have ever offered a bounty for black murders who killed black kids?

Excellent. Thanks for posting.
It also plainly illustrates why Critical Race Theory [a.k.a. Black Liberation Theology & Black Power] go hand in hand with Islam.
It's not about 'justice', it's about CONTROL of a people with a tribal mentality.
They spew about not following 'white' man's law and expound upon their ideas of street justice, yet street justice is EXACTLY what took thug-boy out.
It just so happens that in this particular case, Natural Law and man's law coincide.

Bond set for New Black Panther leader in weapons case
Bond has been set at $10,000 for a high-ranking member of the New Black Panther Party who is jailed in DeKalb County on a weapons charge, authorities said.
Hashim Nzinga, 49, had a first appearance hearing Tuesday morning after his arrest for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to the DeKalb County Sheriffs Office.
Nzinga recently announced on CNN that his group was offering a $10,000 reward for the capture of George Zimmerman, the man who fatally shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Fla. CNN identified Nzinga as the chief of staff of the New Black Panther Party.
