The awesomeness.. it burns.
An unmanned drone with whirling blades had better have some good apps on board to prevent hitting wires, or people.
It probably should be hijack-proof too, look how the Left likes to throw things at people.
Oh yeah, great idea.
What are you going to arm it with once someone decides to toss it in a suitcase and drive off with it?
Now dropping the tacos from 50 feet up with the stipulation, “you miss it, too freaking bad” would be interesting.
What about a Scotch-and-Water-O-Copter?
This service would create a new city sport—netting the drones and making off with the food.
Probably they could also be used to bring Obamacare to your neighborhood.
Parachute drops would sound reasonable. Why only tacos? Why not a full fast-food menu?
That turns it into a sport. Likely a government grant would be forthcoming.
Kid: "They're dropping tacos!"
Michelle Obama: "Let's MOVE!" (Over there! To catch 'em!)
My first thought was Shawn Spencer from Psych. Him and Gus would so have one of these.
ChivasChopper!!!
Until some good ole boy who owns a 12 gage decides he is tired of that buzzing sound...
“You invited Eric? I thought he gave you the creeps.”
Keg-o-beercopter?
It would do well in certain areas until some of Holder’s people filed a lawsuit....because it would probably have an avoid ghetto app installed.
This is a silly hoax. Can’t believe Drudge has it on his site.

I was thinking the same thing, but that could easily be solved. If they would have a kind of "subscription" service, with pre-registered, secure landing points (i.e. a private backyard, apartment complex quad, etc.) they could get the billing/credit card info for the customers prior to delivery in case the copter was nabbed. Then, if a subscriber was away from home, like at a public park, picnic area, drive in theater, etc. they could order and have their tacos delivered.
Between departure and delivery the copter would have to rely on speed and altitude to prevent being hijacked.
LOL!!!
"Tacocopter is nothing more than a product concept created by Star Simpson, an MIT grad who stumbled into the limelight in 2007 after being arrested for wearing a hoax explosive device comprised of a circuit board and green LEDs."
