What in heaven set you off about a SSN application?
Frankly, I don’t remember any questions for that.
Maybe name of mother, father, etc.
I don’t remember all the questions, but they were asking us number of siblings they had at home, my income, our ages and level of education, etc...
We basically said “what does that have to do with the SSN application? That’s none of your business”.
... They said that the gov’t needed that information and that they use it for tracking and trending and setting policy.
It’s all strictly confidential, of course.
