What would be a low percentage? I’m near a wonderful gourmet shop. Maybe I could pick up some bars there. Do you have any favorite brands?
A low percentage dark chocolate would be 50-60%. Since working the way up percentage-wise, I find that anything below 70% tastes too sweet now.
