"This case IS the line in the sand. Either the law is struck down and we still retain some of our liberties with a chance to restore more in the future, or it is not and we retain none and say goodbye to the America that we have loved for generations. It is that simple."

Yes, this is either our road back to a Constitutional Republic or is the final nail in our coffin. If the USSC allows this atrocity to continue, then our representatives can force us to do anything their little pea-brain self-absorbed socialist minds dictate.

If so, then stand by for ever increasing legislation that furthers the so-called good in the "general welfare" and "commerce clauses", much to chagrin of our Founding Fathers and their original intent. At which point, a clandestine RVII will commence - watch.

Civil disobedience is coming if the USSC doesn't follow our Constitution regarding this issue. The Obamacare lawyers can parse and spin and claim different precedence all day, but the fact remains this is the biggest socialist over-reach of liberties in our Country's history. I will not abide.

I will NOT have wasted 11 years of my life in the Navy, and will not watch all the wonderful military young men and women who have died and maimed for a Country that will no longer allow them the freedom of choice. I will fight in my old age in any way I can against such totalitarianism. I did it before - I will do it again. I WILL stand.

Amen. “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
