By putting a ten thousand dollar bounty of Zimmerman’s head they are conspiring to commit murder, right?
Sorry to butt in...yeah, sounds like a contract for a "hit" mobster style.
They might as well have hired a hitman and had him whacked.

The bounty is now up to a million dollars, dead or alive if the Black Panther wanted posters are to be believed .
All it will take for blood ,guts & feathers to start flying is some idiot trying to snatch Zimmerman & somebody starts shooting in defense of their neighbor & before you can say OH SHIT you got the making of a full blown race bloodbath on your hands.
The actual term would be "Solicitation to commit Murder", the same as hiring a professional assassin, or as the old-line Mob would put it "taking out a contract"...
