Hmm...I find the story of the beaten bus driver unlikely, because such a violent crime would have landed Trayvon Martin in juvenile detention rather than being released to the custody of his father.

Depends on if it was a scuffle or a full-on beating.

What I was sent:

“No, according to his own brother, he was suspended for beating a bus driver senseless”.

Could have started as a scuffle, but beating someone “senseless”...I don’t think that is a minor administrative problem but rather a criminal issue involving battery.
