Busted for carrying an *empty* marihuana baggie? Wouldn’t that be called a “baggie?” Is it illegal to carry empty baggies in the school?
If they described it as an “empty marijuana baggie,” and he was suspended from school for 5 days, I assume that it was pretty freaking clear that the baggie had very recently been emptied of marijuana, but that it still smelled like marijuana (or had marijuana residue, or what have you).
I’ve read other reports that said it was an “empty baggie” with marijuana inside. What the hell is a “baggie”?
