With a single punch, Trayvon Martin decked the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who eventually shot and killed the unarmed 17-year-old, then Trayvon climbed on top of George Zimmerman and slammed his head into the sidewalk several times, leaving him bloody and battered, authorities have revealed to the Orlando Sentinel.
That is the account Zimmerman gave police, and much of it has been corroborated by witnesses, authorities say.
Zimmerman has not spoken publicly about what happened, but that night, Feb. 26, and in later meetings he described and re-enacted for police what he says happened.
In his version of events, he had turned around and was walking back to his SUV when Trayvon approached him from behind, the two exchanged words then Trayvon punched him in the nose, sending him to the ground, and began beating him.

That is an excellent point Bubba and the UFC cage doesn’t have concrete floors either. This is a clear case of attempted murder of Zimmerman by Martin!! That he shot Martin to save his own life under these circumstances is justifiable homicide...

I thought there was some special terminology drug dealers were using. The report I read said he an empty “baggie” with marijuana in side. Didn’t make sense.

When he claims that she deserved to be raped and murdered and the police agree with him and let him go, then you can complain if there is no public scrutiny/outcry.
The transcript was made from the file linked on the Sanford Police site. After several replays (no headphones), it was still unclear what was said — hence the [unintelligible] note in the transcript. I personally believe that it is more likely that he used punks or something similar and not coons but the sound is so distorted that he could just as easily be saying toast or jam.

Even when they tell the truth, they do so with a dedicated effort to blunt the dousing effects that it may have upon their growing mobs! It is sickening and obvious!
Of course, just to play devil’s advocate, she might have actually gone to college and got a degree in journalism and that too could account for the complete failure of her writing techniques! Lord knows that composition is no longer actually taught in composition class! Proper grammar and punctuation are the only things which Professors have made is more malleable than our Constitution!
Kinda reminds one of those CBC congressional members at the Tea Party rally over obamacare in DC a couple of years ago, where the black members accused Tea Partiers of calling them the “N” word. There were hundreds of video and audio recorders there, and NO evidence surfaced! Andrew Breitbart even offered a $10,000 reward for any proof that the allegations were correct, but NO takers at all. After a few weeks, the lying, scumbag accusers faded into the woodwork and now refuse to discuss it!
These folks are ideological idiots like a couple of my ex-colleagues who still complain that Dubya stole the election from alsore 11 years ago, even after all the Florida recounts never registered a win for Gore. One of them even goes all the way back to the VN war claiming that john kerry was deployed to Cambodia in his Swift Boat to deliver a CIA agent to a post there on Christmas Eve in 1965(?) when kerry’s own hand-written record in his daily journal shows he was berthed at his home base in VN on the Mekong River at that time.
