Here is where they screwed up:

The MOMENT they used the word "dead" in a communication in public like that, transmitted by many and calling for many others to mobilize to action, they are guilty of conspiracy and RICO violations. If it can be proven they sent out the message based on a racial basis as well, they are guilty of "hate crimes" on top of it.

The Feds of course won't go after them (because they are joined at the hip--and this is probably the backbone of that wonderful "Citizens Army" Comrade Obama was calling for four years ago) but I would like to see some state prosecutors in G.O.P. states go after such groups which engage in organized crimes and intimidation like this.

I'm glad you posted that because I've been looking on-line for a Federal statute regarding this. Mr. Zimmerman isn't wanted by authorities and I would think that they are advocating kidnapping when they use the term capture. Frankly, I don't understand how people are getting away with some of things they're advocating...

A real Justice Department would be on them like a hip pocket, but we aren’t dealing with a real Justice Department.

We are dealing with a Justice department run by a Black panther, If not in actuality at least in the heart.

Weare watching America trying to become South Africa.
