And rebuttal would then get Zimmerman's previous aggressive incidents and stalking into the record.

As it is now, the OBots, Al Sharpton, the Dems, and the state of Florida do not have a case against Zimmerman, but if they want to lose in court they will have it.

That being said, the Dems and Obama would not mind losing in a court law as they would use this incident as propaganda as being “victims” in an “unjust society” to rattle the base voters to the polls, and/or parlay the incident for new gun control laws.
