For a 10 day suspension, it appears he was at LEAST at a level 3 offense.

The 1 - 10 days suspension falls into the level 3, but unauthorized area is a level 1. So, something isn’t adding up. It has to be more than an unauthorized area infraction. My guess would be assault (bus driver) or drugs.

Thanks for the link. Sounds like a Level V offense. That is why the offense was suppressed. The action occurred a month ago. The media circus scenario two weeks ago.

This sounded wrong from the beginning. It was the perfect politically correct wet dream. The first claims were it was an all "white" gated community. The perp of the heartless murder was "white" with a "Jewish" sounding name. The tapes were presented with a poor screaming "child". Murder pure and simple. Wait.
