“I heard the 911 call. Sounded to me like Zimmerman should have done what the dispatcher said.”

George Zimmerman is a Captain in the local Neighborhood Watch and as an offIcial officer he does not and should not take orders from a clerk answering phone calls at 911, Especially, when Zimmerman found himself being stalked by a scary man in a hoodie.

Police volunteer program coordinator Wendy Dorival said she met Zimmerman in September at a community neighborhood watch presentation. “I said, ‘If it’s someone you don’t recognize, call us. We’ll figure it out,’ ” Dorival said. “‘Observe from a safe location.’ There’s even a slide about not being vigilante police. I don’t know how many more times I can repeat it.

Just to give some indication of Zimmerman's attitude...

There is a previous call to the police, similiar situation..suspicious individual...
Zimmerman says he does not want to approach the individual.

6 previous calls were available here...
