To: The Working Man

In the audio of the 911 call, the dispatcher asks Zimmerman if he is following Martin. He says yes; and, the dispatcher replies “You don’t hve todo that”. The City Manager has posted a response to questions the city has received. In it, he states that this did not constitute a lawful order. Another question I don’t know the answer to...was this a 911 operator, or police dispatch. It makes a difference, when considering whether or not he violated a police order, since dispatch are usually uniformed and sworn officers...which is not always the case with 911.

1. It’s not an order, it’s a comment.

2. An order would be: “Sir, stay at you vehicle until the police arrive.”

So my original comment stands, there are so many stories and misconceptions being placed into the whole incident bu the media and others. This has risen to the point of match on fuse and the explosion is going to be unbelievable.
