Absence of information is not the same as evidence against a person.
If it is never determined how Zimmerman came to encounter Martin face to face, then there is nothing in that absent information upon which to charge Zimmerman.
People cannot expect details of Zimmerman’s testimony to be released. What we have now is what the eye witness has said and the fact that the police say that it confirms the story that they got from Zimmerman.
