Nobody has stopped to think that maybe on that tape, it could have been Zimmerman calling for help.
We don’t know...but I have heard that Zimmerman’s original statement indicated that he was attacked after he gave up the chase and was headed back.
We need to let the facts come out...but, oh no, the MSM, the frigging President of the United States, all of the left and black leaders and even Fox news have rushed to judgement and convicted Zimmerman (and he may be guilty...we have to let the facts decide, not emotion).
Even Santorum add Gingrich fundmanetally, while not making a race issue out of it, are presuming this Zimmerman’s guilt.
I hate to say it, but the best comment I heard so far comes from Romney who said that yes, it was a tragedy but that we have to wait until a grand jury convenes and uses the information gathered in a investigation to determine what happened.
It’s galling and a travesty that 1) this tragic circumstance is being abjectly politicized by the left and the President, 2) that the media has convicted Zimmerman before any grand jury is held and before the facts are in, 3) That this issue, with the scores of deaths, and the thousands of abortions each day (each of those an equal tragedy) is national news anyway. Florida should handle it, and if the Florida State officials think it has not been handled locally appropriately, then they investigate at the State level which they are doing.
Another guy that Ps me O is Holder. The guy is waiting for any black issue, no matter what it is, to flex his Federal muscle and jump into it and try and completely over-ride local and state government...and this when he has the blood of fast and furious all over his own hands.

What I want to know sir is when did a statement of the facts followed by commentary and opinion on these same facts become a “rant”? So far as I am concerned you have nothing to apoligise for since I thought FreeRepublic was a forum for information and ideas with a conservative bent.
I believe that subsequent information has shown that the person calling for help was indeed Zimmerman calling for help.
This whole sad affair has gotten out of hand purely on the basis of political opportunism. The lefties need a rage and riot excuse and this one is it. From my perspective I wish they would riot so that I may have not an excuse but a reason to retaliate with asymmetric force.
Eventually though this one will go the way of so many other leftist and racist causes of this pitiful administration and chapter of what is left of the United States.

I hear what you saying but on the face of it, a self appointed armed policeman without the requisite training nor the desire to listen to supervision, making rounds and pursuing “suspects” is not advisable behavior.
The odd thing about the case is that no one mentions that Zimmerman is a Latino, because it defeats the propaganda value.
Trayvor Martin’s father heard the 911 call and said the voice screaming for help was not his son’s voice.
Trayvon’s father listened to the tape and confirmed it was not his son screaming in the background, so it was most likely Zimmerman.

It was Zimmerman who yelled for help per Martin’s own father’s police interview. When the 911 tape was played by investigaters, the father answered that it wasn’t his son’s voice yelling for help.
The mainstream media in this country are nothing but a bunch of propagandists .
Holder is not doing a thing..cause zimmerman is Hispanic..if he was white, the DOJ would be all over this.
