“If Zimmerman had followed police advice, this never would have happened. So, at the macro level, Zimmerman is still the responsible party.”

You’re exactly right. People who are committed to bettering their neighborhood in a Watch Program are the perps.

“You have an absolute right to go buy Skittles and bring them back to watch the game without being stalked by the neighborhood nazi.”

Awww, what is the Nazi rule? Do you have a right to case a neighborhood and beat the hell out of the Watch. You assume skittles, I assume cracked out thief.

YOu really got to read a number of the threads from earlier in the week. All of that is covered. Be a good idea to bone up on Florida statutes as well. And some definitions.

You might imagine yourself to be in the right following around a "suspicious looking person', but what if he's just an innocent person, or a chil', and you end up engaged in something ~ you might find yourself on the wrong side of the law real quick.

That kind of thing can just ruin your life.

That's pretty much what we have here it looks like.

Makes this much more like that event in Wisconsin several years back where the Hmong guy claimed "they were hunting me', and it turned out that his self-defense claim turned to poop when they found he'd been shooting unarmed women as well.

Took a bit of time for all the news to get out on that. Then, even at trial, new stuff came up.
