this is what I've been reading ....that the young man was on top of Z beating him up....again, if the gun was shot while Z was on the ground looking up, the angles should be easy to determine it would seem....

anyway, this was an over zealous man with a gun and a young man who doesn't live in the area with a hood over his face....bad situation and both should have known better...

It may turn out you're right after more facts come in, but for right now I don't see how that can be supported. The guy's neighborhood is falling apart around him, several burglaries, thefts, and a shooting in the months preceding this incident.

Some may perceive him to simply be fed up and trying to deter further deterioration and it went bad.

Yours is a theme I see and hear alot. Essentially, that if Zimmerman hadn't followed the guy or Martin hadn't been wearing punk clothes, meaning “I just wish this didn't happen”

Sure, we all do. We are past that now. IT DID HAPPEN. Now we have the “law” to decide any guilt. The evidence (and the law) overwhelmingly tells us that Zimmerman acted in self defense. 99% of the media and public think Zimmerman is guilty of murder. They are WRONG! They want him lynched.

I can only hope that the law in this case prevails, and the people administering it don't fall victim to the pressure to arrest, then convict, then kill Zimmerman.

Pray for George Zimmerman. It's too late to pray for Martin.
