The press is pink slime.
I read this today online.
“Puckett, 35, is scheduled for execution by lethal injection on Tuesday at 6 p.m. Puckett, who earned the rank of Eagle Scout, was convicted of sexually assaulting and killing his former boss’ wife when he was 18.
So, his life should be spared because he was an Eagle Scout? This is the insidious way the press injects emotionalism into rationalism.

Another possibility is that they wanted to denigrate the Boy Scouts, by tying the organization to the crime. Just like they can’t wait to point out a military connection when a shooting death occurs.
