“Looks like self defense to me.”
I’d really be curious to know if the Zimmerman advocates are CCW holders or have ever taken a CCW class. From what I know, Zimmerman did everything wrong and should be held accountable.
What do you know and where did you learn it? Before 2:00 PM today, I had only known what I heard and read on the news. Today, I investigated on my own and listened to all the 911 calls, read the police reports (with witness statements), and some history of both parties.
I would encourage you to go do the same. After conducting my own investigation my opinion of Zimmerman changed. I'm not saying he wasn't a justice zealot. But I don't see where he ever crossed over to vigalante. And I see no evidence in this case or any other 911 call that he ever made that he is racists (He is latino btw).
I am a CCW holder. That doesn't excuse bad behavior or justify a single thing ever. But I admit to wondering if some would jump to defense in fear of legal retribution for the perception that is out there in the media.
