“What legally did he do wrong?”
Zimmerman initiated a physical confrontation and then shot an unarmed man. Zimmerman is not LEO, he is not a licensed Security Guard, he was not on his own property, he did not observe a felony being committed. Zimmerman was engaged in an armed pursuit of someone who did nothing, at night, in the rain, and when the inevitable physical conflict ensued he shot the guy because he was getting his @$$ kicked. CCW holders are not allowed to initiate conflicts and then shoot people because they were afraid for their life. Zimmerman is not covered by the “Stand Your Ground” Law because he initiated all this. I believe that Martin was possibly covered by the Stand Your Ground because he was the one who was being pursued.
Your excusing of Martin's assault of Zimmerman is utterly unsupported.
Witnesses say Martin "initiated" the physical confrontation by attacking Zimmerman, apparently for looking at him while calling in a suspicious person to the police.
That Martin was unarmed when he was shot is simply Martin's (last) mistake.
You are a lying, race-baiting shill, with the logic of a moron.
When did Mr. Zimmerman initiate a physical confrontation with Trayvon?
“initiated a physical confrontation “
Wow, to go up and ask someone what they’re doing is “initiating a physical confrontation “!
NO! NO! NO!
The initiation of a physical confrontation occurred after that.
The fellow could have said ‘none of your business’ and walked on - in which case Z is at fault if he didn’t allow him to do so;
or he could have become violent in which case Z acted legally.
You don’t know which happened.
CCW holders are not required to be dumb and still.
I missed that juicy tidbit. Please point me to the witness statement or CSI report that led an investigator to this speculation. I apparently have not researched everything if this glaring fact is out there.
