Do you have a source for this statement, other than Zimmerman? I thought that the neighbors heard the struggle in the back of their yards, which would not be the case if Zimmerman had gone back to his vehicle. Did Zimmerman break off the chase, or did Martin elude him? If a bad guy was chasing me, the element of surprise is something I would use to defend myself.

The cops apparently found it valid. Lets be real here. If Zimmerman were black this wouldn’t even be a story and you wouldn’t care what happened. A month down the road and Zimmerman is not yet arrested. That means there is no credible evidence of anything other than self defense.
Its too bad bad azz wannabe Zimmerman is an idiot and too bad little (6’2” 200lb) bad azz wannabe Trevayn was an idiot. Thats really all there is to this story.
