OK, someone help me.

A couple of months ago someone (Iowahawk?) wrote a satire about Dumb0 doing exactly this. The satire involved Dumb0 pleasing both his labor and environut bases by Ok’ing the construction of the pipeline (labor) but not actually allowing it to be attached to the oil source (environut).

In Dumb0 land, satire is never far from reality.

There is a shortage of crude pipeline capacity from Cushing to Gulf Coast Refineries. TransCanada will make money on this segment even without the Canadian Border crossing.

The expansions in Bakken. West Texas and others. There are other similar pipeline projects going from Cushing to the Gulf Refineries.

Obama’s approval is not required like the Canadian Border Crossing.
