At any rate, this woman is clearly unbalanced. Pharmaceuticals (legal or otherwise) may have been involved, but I’m thinking this woman has probably had incidents like this in the past.
Wonder if she is related to Jonathon Carr of Wichita, Ks. fame? Do a search on that crazy...
