DA’s are all about one thing; winning. They will not prosecute a case they don’t think they can win. This sounds like way too much of a self defense case for them to overcome. You have witnesses and 911 tapes that are supportive of the shooter. I don’t think this has a chance in court.

in florida prosecutors operate on the principle of win at all costs because EVERYONE is guilty of something and even if not guilty of “this” crime then it is just a conviction for those unknown crimes.

Prosecutors even lie to juries trying to manipulate that criminal jury trials are supposed to be “fair”. Jury trials are, by design, supposed to be UNFAIR to the prosecution.

Of course, you are correct. However, after the first Sharpton-led demo-riot at a nearby housing project, the Affirmative Action Anus in the DA's office will be assigned to bring charges of some sort to get Zimmerman into court.

And of course, Holder (speaking of Affirmative Action Ani) will always have the option of bringing Federal Civil Rights charges. Zimmerman (not a totally sympathetic character) stands a damn good chance of being railroaded. Either way, this will be played on African-American drums all over the country as the Campaigner rolls out the "Racist" heavy artillery.
