“They cost us this. The no one but Rick, stubborness.”

The social Conservative, one issue voter, has destroyed this party. They have tunnel vision and nothing will sway them from it. It’s what has given us the second Obama term.

Many Conservatives are worried about our kids. Look at what the left is doing to our kids, our families. The entertainment/media is telling our kids every kind of sexual behavior is good and if you say homosexuality is wrong you are eviscerated and if things keep going like they are, they could be charged with hate crimes if they offend a gay person. TV tells kids if you don’t have premarial sex your considered strange.  You can show kids how to put condoms on bananas, but don’t say the word God. Kids are learning more about “different kinds of families” than about our Constitution. Porn is NEVER talked about in a negative way, yet the drug companies who help us live better and longer are called evil; along with the oil companies, who make our life easier.

Very few people take two minutes to think of the excruciating pain a baby fills when it is torn apart limb by limb or have a chemical poured on them so they are burned alive, not to mention partial-birth abortion. We have a president and way too many people who think killing a baby after it’s born is ok. People cover their eyes and ears pretending it’s not happening. This is no different than what hitler ( which SHOULD outrage ALL conservatives, not just Rick supporters) But WE conservatives are ruining the party by trying to stop this. How terrible of us.

What good is it if we gain the whole world and lose our soul and the souls of our children?

Our rights, values, freedoms, our constitution and our way of life is under attack. Judges are pushing though laws that even many democrats don’t want, and lawyers twists the truth to benefit the left. We have politicians on both sides who are more worried about getting reelected, then fighting against those who are aggressively trying to harm the things we have valued for hundreds of years; our faith, our family and our country. The GOP/RNC is embarrassed by people of faith. How many people actually believe that “separation of church and state is in the Constitution?
Welfare is a generation problem, but it’s deeper than that. It tells people they are not valuable to society. We have children having children.......

Yes our kids are more important to us than anything. Imagine how the world would change if more people cared.

“We picked Gingrich...somebody most SoCons cannot stomach. They picked Santorum, somebody we can’t stomach.”

We have bashed one another for weeks. Every single candidate I supported has been trashed. Cain, Perry, Then Newt. The GOP-e has played us for Fools. Yes I am guilty as well there is no excuse for any of us.

If we cannot figure how to work together as an alliance. Then we all are going to rounded up by Obammy citizen patrol and worshiping at the altar of Obammy.

But do you think that your circular firing squad mentality has brought this about? Social Conservatives sitting at home, not voting in a certain race, or voting for a candidate that can’t win brings about people like Obama and his views on abortion. A candidate who lets abortion be decided by the states vs a candidate that wants to outlaw abortion nationally...social Conservatives would shun the former and embrace the latter, even if the latter was not electable. So then they get someone who wants to keep abortion legal using the power of the federal government. That sort of mentality has gotten us where we are.

By the way, I’m pro-life. My stance is abortion should be outlawed in all cases, even rape as the child had nothing to do with it and is innocent. But I also believe in states rights and that abortion is a decision that must be made at the state level. We have too much power in D.C. And I don’t care if that power is wielded in my favor. If you want a big intrusive government doing your bidding, then you’re worse than the libs and when you set that sort of precedent, then that power just might be used against you. Social Conservatives have never learned that lesson.
