For you Obama-defenders no theory is too silly or improbable. No one else’s draft registration has surfaced w the date stamp “broken”. What are the odds it would happen only to our hapless boy-scout-honest hip young president, and to him alone?

That is precisely how that question should be answered. But you would need access to the full pile of federal records. You would need to dig in and find other SSS registrations submitted from that post office in that time frame. Then you could see if any of them have or do not have missing 19s, and you could also compare other details on the stamps and the rest of the forms.
However, to cite the fact that nobody else's registration has surfaced proves nothing, since obviously there is no reason for anybody else's to have surfaced.
