So the Florida law is, I can take proactive steps to engage, confront, shoot & kill anyone I “perceive” to be a threat

Apparently FL law is that if someone asks you what you are doing you can jump on him and beat him senseless and he can't fight back in any way.

I’ll have to be careful the next time I park and exit my vehicle, and walk down the sidewalk in Florida. Apparently anyone in front of me that feels “threatened” can turn around and assault me.
