If Romney is elected there will be no change, he has already said he wants to work with democrats.
That's one of the boneheaded, backward things that sunk McCain. The time for "reaching across the aisle" may be over.
In Senator Jim DeMints new book, Now or Never, he says the following:
The differences between the Democratic and Republican Parties are irreconcilable: there can be no compromise between collectivism and freedom.

Lets tell the 'rats to reach across the aisle for awhile. As far as DeMint's proposition is concerned, I no longer buy that crap. Not anymore. There is no irreconcilable difference, not between the GOP and 'Rats, not between Boehner and Pelosi, not between McConnell and Reid. I believed it for a generation-- slow to learn, I was-- but now I know that if DeMint really says that, he is lying.
