Yeah I read it and the conspiracy theorists are usually have their crazy interpretation of this Executive Order. I remember the left wing lunatics doing the same when President Bush issued similar executive orders and the loons thought that he was going to cancel elections and put them all in concetration camps.
You have my attention. Please give me your non-crazy interpretation of this executive order.

You know, it wouldn't be such a bad idea...
If we then gave them a Uragan D2 shower, it would shift the Laffer Curve 50% to the right, we could eliminate 80% of the Federal government, and junk the entire concept of "affirmative action." Taxes would plunge, a good many cities would become liveable, again, and several of my more obnoxious relatives would stop screwing up family gatherings.
