There is one factual error in the video you posted. The presenter indicated that the Pica stamp inserts (”slugs”) are not readily available. That is not correct:

Apart from that, there is no doubt in my mind that the SS card is nothing but a poorly done forgery.

I've seen many vertically-oriented Post Office date stamps, but never with only a two-digit year. I wonder why the forger left the "19" off?

Also, notice that "Today's Date" in the lower left corner is one day AFTER the Postal date stamp.

Those stamps are not for the post office. They use a different format.
