First of all, that's not an American flag. It's a flag designed like an American flag with a picture of the president on it. Second, when it comes to actual flag desecration, were you as stirred up when Bush, McCain, or Palin were autographic them?

Per US Flag Code Section 8, Part G: The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.
