Porn and our hyper-sexed culture are a short circuit in that engine. Rather than have children we kill them. Rather than enjoy a full sexual relationship we use each other in unfulfilling and damaging ways. The children that are born in spite of our infatuation with sterility through birth control and abortion must deal with parents that are far more interested in disposable gadgets and disposing of spouses than raising children.
Instead of aging gracefully and enjoying grandchildren, many turn bitter, demanding that an ever smaller number of young people mortgage their future to look after them.

similarly, women would strive to dress nice,learn how to cook,sew,clean, become educated, and talented,charming,fun,flirty in a good way, etc.. AND it was once a plus to be a "nice" girl....
but there is no motivation anymore to become better ....to be able to attain the person you want for a wife/husband....
we wonder why men's sperm counts are down, that infertility is rampant, that marriage is less frequent,and abortion remains an obscenity, and the fact that we can't keep our population expanding enough to counter the illegal immigrants and miscreants in this world...
