The U.S. Justice Department is using its power under the Voting Rights Act to halt the Texas law, saying in a letter to the state today that the measure may disproportionately harm Hispanics.

Okay. WHY?
Is the Federal Government claiming that Hispanics are incompetent? That they lack the knowledge or abilities needed to acquire the proper ID?
Are they claiming that Hispanics don’t drive, don’t work, don’t buy houses, don’t rent apartments and hundreds of other daily activities that require photo ID?

I want to see a state file an emergency appeal to the USSC to define the actual meaning of “All men are created equal” based on the critical need to have the vote issues settled prior to the election. Either a Black man/white man/hispanic man are equal or some are less than which is not Constitutional. Period.

Such would in turn address many leftist wedges.
