Blaming everyone but himself. His conduct on the healthcare law was completely contrary to his previous conduct on socialized medicine - he had been on of the architects in derailing Hillarycare. His behavior was based solely on snapshot polling data. He should have stayed in the GOP and just retired gracefully - despite his annoying behavior historically it could have been said he had a long distinguished career...but due to selfishness, he went out looking like a clown.

The only reason he stayed in the Senate as long as he did is that the PA Democrats always put of an even bigger clown to oppose him. (Not like they had any shortage of them)
