This is not a first admendment issue. That only protects people from government independance. No one from the U.S. government has attemped to stop Rush from speaking his mind. He can talk about anything he wants. This is just people that don’t want to do business with him at this time. You are allowed to not do business with someone that you don’t like, as these businesses are doing. This is just the free market at work.

Exactly... Just like the Dixie Chicks pissed off their primary audience, and their sales plummeted. Of course, in this case, Rush managed to piss off the people who DO NOT listen to his show or his advertisers. So the advertisers who left are abandoning some 20 million possible customers a week, for people who don't listen the the advertisements anyway!
