It doesn’t look like he was going to get a DUI. Hopefully he will get sued by the passengers and a pack of ambulance chasing lawyers.

From the video it would appear that two of the bus’ passengers went to the hospital. But it is too bad that Grayson is still above room temp. We can only hope that one of the PE lawyers hooks one of the injured and sues. Better still if both sue!
