Many bi-racial people get along just fine. But many others are messed up like Obama thinking "I wish I was all white" or "I wish I was all Black" depending on what day or week it was. Obama settled down eventually into a black identity. When this demagogue touched down in Chicago he didn't even know that he had to belong to a black church to have any kind of political credibility in the "community". Marrying ugly ol Moochelle gave him some black street cred but still he lost a Congressional election in 2000 to Bobby Rush (ex-Black Panther) who out blacked him.... campaigning that Obama was too effete and not black enough. Not down for the struggle (as Rush has phrased it)
and Cleaver...who later sorta reformed..wrote Soledad Brother (i think)
with Obama...I think his mom was a radical from a sorta radical family and was a pioneer in very very early black white couplings at a very young age with a married man
or given her plain-ness her options were thus limited
and Obama grew up in a radical charged environment and we know it and the media knew it
and ignored it because they sympathize it
it's tuff to be half black and half white...I will give Soledad and Bro that much...it's just harder than defacto belonging to one race...no matter what platitudes folks spout about it
my daughters are technically half latino-maronite and half southern-saxon-celtic and even they get a bit conflicted just by self image alone...one swarthier, the other more "gringa"

It’s all an act. Did he hang around with blacks? NO, college all pics are with whites. He USED the blacks, but his close friends were white.
