I took a few notes on this:
Bad:
Overload of sugar, flour, simple carbs, Omega 6 vegetable oils such as corn, soybean, sunflower, cottonseed. (slowly poisoning us) Viruses can cause inflammation, bacteria, and toxins such as smoking.
Good:
Olive oil
Butter
Omega 3 oil
When you have inflammation, cholesterol gets trapped in your blood vessels because they are like sandpaper.
You left out canola (rapeseed) oil. It’s an industrial seed oil. It’s full of Omega 6 fatty acid and it is beyond unhealthy. It’s also in a huge percentage of the processed foods in the grocery store.
The American People have been sold a bill of goods.
