Not only is he a hater, he is also a divider
Bell’s racist mentality which is delivered to black children in diversity, moves with those children out into live. It becomes the klan with a tan and attacks white people in the cities. It doused a white boy with gas and set him on fire in St. Louis last week.
It is not harmless by any means.
