Bell was a hateful idiot. I had read he died from carcinoid cancer which, if present in the system long enough causes niacin deficiency. Severe niacin deficiency causes dementia. I'm guessing his niacin deficiency goes way back.

I take comfort in knowing that in the end, Bell was no doubt shown how truly wrong he was. There has to be an everlasting price to pay for fostering hell on God's green earth.
