There is more. That is the point. Moveover, I find the sterilized Buzzfeed version to be very damning. The purpose of the rally was to get a black professor hired and the sign is about diversity. Most Americans are against AA and don’t want it used when hiring in the public and private sectors. Obama is the poster child for AA and his support of it puts him in the distinct minority of the American people.

I am white and I can’t help but think that if I were Black, AA would embarrass me. I’d be thinking that no matter how hard I worked, everyone would be thinking I used my skin color to get an advantage.
