BELL, VIA KAGAN, ON CRITICAL RACE THEORY: THE CONSTITUTION IS THE PROBLEM

In November 1985, the Harvard Law Review published an article by Derrick Bell that was a "classic" in the development of Critical Race Theory. The article was edited by then-student Elena Kagen.

. This should be a huge 'flashing light' issue. Where is Repub 'Leadership'' (so called) and our primo Candidates as well?

(Perhaps they think the constituency cannot 'get this'. More likely it is; that they do not.)

I really wish Kagan would have co-authored the article rather than edited it. It may have been good enough to get her off the bench. Ironically, she can cite the first amendment and her position as editor to distance herself from it.
