I don't know whose minds you are talking about. This is about winning votes from other than Obama's hard core supporters. Obama has a record. No more hope and change.

In addition to his failed policies, massive increases to the national debt, an unemployment rate that will be higher than when he took over, 46 million people on food stamps, the highest unemployment among 18-24 year olds since 1948, and trillion dollar deficits for every year in office, there is the context of a radical Marxist community ogranizer who is interested in spreading the wealth around and who uses the race, gender, and class cards dividing the country.

The video of a young Obama advocating diversity and AA hiring will not endear him to most Americans.
