So whats the big deal about nail polish?
It stinks!!! I don’t think she should have been arrested but she’s an inconsiderate bitch!!!
I’m a guy..I didn’t know nail polish smelled and was offensive. I do however believe that nail polish REMOVER has an offensive odor. This is just another case of an ignorant person being granted too much authority, ie, the flight attendant..

This is just another case of an ignorant person being granted too much authority, ie, the flight attendant. All that "ignorant person" needs to do is knock on the pilot's door. The pilot has the authority to divert to East Nowhere in the desert and have you arrested. And pilots will back-up their flight attendants.
Don't believe me? Try it sometime.

Wrong...The flight attendant was doing her job and this woman would not have suffered any thing at all if she had just put the fingernail polish away. After that it had nothing to do with the polish and everything to do with an inconsiderate person putting her self above the rest of the people on that plane. Finger nail polish has a very pungent odor and should not be used in a contained space!!! It's simple manners if it weren't prohibited, which it is!!!

This is just another case of an ignorant person being granted too much authority, ie, the flight attendant.. My daughter's friend is a flight attendant, and she has to put up with a lot from rude passengers. It's a stressful job, especially since 9/11.
As far as the nail polish, it has an odor, and could get messy on an airplane. I would not appreciate someone using it if I'm sitting next to them.
She defied the flight attendant by going into the restroom and doing it there. On top of that, she was cursing.
Go to a nail salon. The technicians all wear face masks for a variety of reasons.
