Yes, and the way things are going, Gingrich and Santorum will split them, while Romney picks up a few too, and then wins the winner-take-all states with 38% of the GOP vote.
Again, if Santorum were in Gingrich’s position right now, everyone would be calling for him to drop out and let Gingrich take Romney on one-on-one, instead of splitting the conservative vote.
Conservatives have picked their candidate. It’s Santorum, for good or bad. Perry, Bachmann, Gingrich...all had chances, and yet it’s Santorum that keeps coming back. He was my last choice, but he’s way better than Romney, and he’ll win it all if Gingrich leaves. If he doesn’t leave, Romney might very well be the nominee, and that would be the real GOP disaster in the making.
I'm a conservative and Santorum is NOT my pick. He spends too much money and we CANNOT afford him. Look at his voting record. NO THANK YOU! I will pass.
Gingrich is the only one that can defeat Obama.
Romney will be pulverized if he is the candidate.

It looks like history is repeating itself - Americans often vote for the wrong leader.
It is the herd mentality.
In 2008, the herd was led in the direction of a ‘messiah’ so a ‘messiah’ was installed.
Now it appears that the herd is led in the direction of the ‘saint’.
The real leader is shunned because the herd is blindly rushing towards the shiny lure dangled in front of them -hats off to the left’s brilliant ‘pump and dump’ strategy.
The ‘saint’ is enjoying the pump now only to be dumped later - the ‘messiah’ will vaporize the ‘saint’ in the general election. The left and their ‘messiah’ will triumph one more time!
Wait! not so fast. The Reagan triumph just might repeat itself! The true leader, who is trudging behind now, will sprint ahead when no one is expecting him and snatch the prize from the ‘saint’, defeat the ‘messiah’ and save the day.
It is useless trying to explain to those who don’t have the judgement/insight to resist being herded.
The 3% who are determined and dedicated to breaking the grip of tyranny never waver in their conviction, never quit over temporary defeat; they keep marching on.....
